These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for the services (“Services”) provided by GOLF & BAR Buddies (“the Facility”), and define the rights and obligations between users and millenniates Inc. (“the Company”).
By using the Services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Application
All users of the Facility are required to comply with these Terms.
Operation
By using the Facility, users acknowledge that it is operated by millenniates Inc.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations
Users must comply with these Terms, all in-facility rules, and any other policies established by millenniates Inc.
Use of the Facility and its equipment must follow the posted rules as well as generally accepted practices and customs.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at the Facility under any circumstances:
- Shouting, making loud or strange noises, abusive language, or engaging in violent or harassing behavior toward other guests or staff, either inside the Facility or in nearby areas
- Bringing illegal drugs, synthetic drugs, paint thinner, or similar substances into the Facility
- Throwing, breaking, or striking objects, or any dangerous behavior that may cause fear to others or staff
- Stalking, loitering, or persistently approaching other guests or staff
- Engaging in acts that violate laws or public order and morality, such as sexual harassment, voyeurism, indecent exposure, or spitting
- Bringing knives or any dangerous items into the Facility
- Conducting sales activities, soliciting, lending or borrowing money, political activities, or collecting signatures within the Facility
- Any actions that disrupt the order or atmosphere of the Facility
- Using the golf bay while excessively intoxicated
- Performing swings that exceed the width of the bay (e.g., exaggerated horizontal swings)
- Practicing swings or using training equipment outside the designated golf bays
- Hitting with a driver directly off the floor without a tee (so-called “direct drive”)
- Full swings using a putter club
- Entering the golf bay while another person is swinging
- Using balls other than those provided by the Facility
- Damaging, defacing, or removing Facility equipment, balls, or fixtures
- Rearranging or modifying the placement of installed items (e.g., hitting mats, machines)
- Occupying equipment for extended periods or obstructing use by others
- Eating or drinking inside the golf bays
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate or prohibited by the Facility
Denial of Entry and Removal from the Facility
The Facility reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any individual who falls under any of the following categories:
- Those who fail to comply with these Terms or other Facility rules
- Those who, without valid reason, refuse to follow instructions given by Facility staff
- Those who cause a disturbance to other guests or staff through shouting, inappropriate behavior, or offensive language
- Those who are deemed unable to use the Facility properly due to intoxication or similar conditions
- Those who have been advised by a medical professional to refrain from physical activity
- Those who are suspected of having or are at risk of spreading infectious diseases, including pandemics
- Those who are confirmed to have contagious illnesses that may pose a risk to others
- Any individual deemed by the Company or Facility staff to be inappropriate for entry or continued use of the Facility
Use of the Facility
During DAY TIME hours (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM), the Facility operates on a reservation-priority basis through the booking system.
During NIGHT TIME hours (7:00 PM – 1:00 AM), guests may visit with or without a reservation—online and phone bookings are also accepted.
Usage Fees
Users are required to pay the designated fees in order to use the Facility.
Reservation Cancellations
To cancel a reservation, users must contact us by phone.
Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Revisions to Usage Fees
millenniates Inc. reserves the right to revise usage fees and other charges as separately determined.
In the event of such a revision, users will be notified via the Facility’s website at least one month in advance.
Facility Usage Restrictions
The Company may restrict access to all or part of the Facility, or limit usage during certain hours, for operational reasons or when otherwise deemed necessary.
In principle, such restrictions will be announced at least one week in advance.
However, in cases of emergencies such as natural disasters, advance notice may not be provided.
Temporary Closures
The Company may temporarily close all or part of the Facility, or limit operating hours, under the following circumstances:
- In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or widespread infectious disease outbreaks (or the threat thereof), when the Company deems that continued operation may pose a risk to users or make safe operation difficult
- When inspections, repairs, or renovations are necessary
- In response to newly enacted or revised laws, administrative guidance, significant changes in socio-economic conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances
- When ordered, requested, or advised by public authorities to prevent the spread of infectious diseases
- When unexpected system failures or equipment malfunctions prevent normal operation or access control
- Any other situation in which the Company deems temporary closure necessary
For scheduled closures, notice will be provided at least two weeks in advance whenever possible.
However, in cases of emergency, advance notice may not be given.
Facility Closure or Modification
The Company may partially or fully close or modify the Facility under the following circumstances:
- When the Company determines that continued operation is not feasible due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or widespread illness that may pose a risk to users
- When unavoidable circumstances arise due to the enactment or revision of laws, administrative guidance, significant changes in socio-economic conditions, or other management-related reasons deemed necessary by the Company
Disclaimer of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or other accidents occurring within the Facility premises (including surrounding areas).
If a user causes damage to the Facility or to a third party due to reasons attributable to themselves, they shall be responsible for promptly compensating for such damages.
However, this does not apply in cases where the Facility is found to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
If the damage is caused by an individual introduced or accompanied by the user, the user shall be jointly liable with that individual for any resulting compensation.
Regarding lost items, the Facility may dispose of them in accordance with its internal procedures after the designated holding period has passed.
In such cases, neither the Facility nor the Company shall bear any liability for compensation.
Jurisdiction Agreement
In the event that there is a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and those set forth in the individual service terms or other published terms, the provisions of the individual terms shall take precedence.
Furthermore, in the event of a dispute arising between the Company and the user related to these Terms, and if litigation is necessary to resolve the issue, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
Amendment of the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms, the supplementary rules, and other matters related to the operation and management of the Facility.
Such amendments will apply to all users.
The governing law of this agreement shall be Japanese law.
